Cancellation policy.

I require a 48 hour notice before cancelling your appointment, to be sure I can fill your spot. I do understand that late issues may be unavoidable but please reach out ASAP. If appointment is cancelled in the 48 hours prior to appointment, the 50% deposit will not be refunded. If you decide to reschedule an additional deposit will be required. Next missed appointment due to failed notice will require a payment of the whole missed appointment before rescheduling 3rd appointment. Next one after that, I’ll point you in the direction of a new chair.
